Description

This announcement constitutes a Notice OF Contract Action (NOCA) by the Air Force Research Laboratory Space Vehicles Directorate (AFRL/RV), Kirtland AFB NM. AFRL and the Advanced E/O Space Sensor (AEOSS) program intends to award a Cost-Plus Fixed Fee (CPFF) contract on a sole source basis pursuant to FAR 6.302-1, which implements the statutory authority at 10 U.S.C. 2304(c) (1) for services from only one responsible source to: Teledyne Technologies, LLC 1049 Camino Dos Rios, Thousand Oaks, CA 91360.
