Description

This award was a Limited Source Justification.

The Award was made pursuant to the authority of Title Ill of the Federal Property and Administrative Services Act of1949, (41 U.S.C. 251, et seq.), Title 40 U.S.C. 501, Service for Executive Agencies, as implemented by FAR 8.405-6(a)(1)(i)(C). In the interest of economy and efficiency, the new work is a logical follow-on to an original Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA). The original order or BPA was not previously issued under a sole-source or limited-source procedures.

The follow on recompete is underway and is planned to be awarded competitively.
