Background
The Bureau of Reclamation, part of the U.S. Department of the Interior, is responsible for managing water resources in the western United States. This contract aims to service and maintain Atlantium HOD Ultra-Violet (UV) Lights installed on generator cooling water systems at Davis, Hoover, and Parker Dams. The goal is to ensure the continuous operation and efficiency of these critical systems.

Work Details
The contractor will provide an all-inclusive service agreement that includes:

- Performing quarterly on-site preventive and corrective maintenance.
- Cleaning in place (CIP).
- Supplying all necessary lamps, brushes, gaskets, and other consumable parts.
- Calibration of equipment.
- Mobilization and demobilization for maintenance tasks.
- Supplying needed maintenance and repair parts during emergency calls.

Technicians must be factory trained and approved by the manufacturer. The contractor is responsible for all travel, labor, consumables, and spare parts required to keep the UV lights operational.

Period of Performance
The contract will be performed from September 1, 2025, to August 31, 2030.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed at Davis Dam, Hoover Dam, and Parker Dam located in Boulder City, Nevada.
