Description

US Army's Combat Capability and Development Command's Armaments Center (DEVCOM-AC) had a requirement for four distinct fall protection solutions to address the fall protection newly enforced requirement from DEVCOM-AC's Risk Management Office. The contractor shall provide equipment designed to address OSHA29 CFR1910 Standards. This effort shall require delivery of equipment, training, and certification to OSHA and industry standards. Two separate Sources Sought/Request for Information (RFI) were posted: W15BW9-CC-X-3118 and W15BW9-22-X-FP09. After both SSNs received no responses, DEVCOM-AC at Picatinny Arsenal obtained the name of the contractor that provided the fall protection solutions at Benet Labs/Watervliet Arsenal. They were identified as able to meet this requirement. Therefore, an award was made on 18 September 2023 to Eagle Federal Construction LLC at 600 Eldredge Ave, Cape May, NJ 08204-3121.
