Question and answer period expires 10pm Central European Time on 24 July 2019. This 3PL contract is for the transportation of equipment, cargo, and passengers within
the European Command (EUCOM) Area of Operations. The EUCOM Area of Operations includes all European nations, with the exceptions of: Iceland, Malta, Holy See, Monaco, San Marino, Malta, Kazakhstan, Republic of Ireland, Belarus, and Russia. A 3PL commercial transportation contract is required to support, but does not
guarantee, an average of 70% (seventy percent) of USAREUR-directed movements. It provides line haul, heavy lift capabilities, and bus capabilities to support major exercises, deployment, and redeployment of units. Please review the solicitation for proposal submission requirements. Proposals are due no later than 10pm Central European Time on 12 August 2019.
