Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12, utilizing FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures, and as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This requirement is to procure thermal night vision binoculars as defined in the Statement of Requirements.
