The Government anticipates the award of contract for materials and services to include Management, Logistics, and Engineering support for the Homing All the Way Killer (HAWK) Missile Stockpile Reliability Program and the operation of worldwide Theater Readiness Monitoring Facility (TRMF)/Certified Round Assembly Facility (CRAF) Support Center (SC) for the HAWK missile system for Security Assistance Management Directorate (SAMD).

The Government anticipates this effort to be awarded to Raytheon Company, 350 Lowell Street, Andover, MA 01810, CAGE Code: 05716. The statutory authority permitting other than full and open is 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), as implemented by the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), paragraph 6.302-1(a)(2)(iii)(A) - Only one responsible source and no other supplies and services will satisfy agency requirements, however, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency.
