Theater Battle Management Core Systems (TBMCS) Software Sustainment Engineering Support   3

Background
This solicitation is seeking support for the United States Marine Corps (USMC) Theater Battle Management Core Systems (TBMCS) Software Sustainment Support effort. This includes the engineering and implementation of solutions for the sustainment of USMC-specific configuration items identified in this solicitation into products fully interoperable with the current joint TBMCS service maintenance release and future maintenance release baselines. The USMC requires TBMCS operational software specific support activities to include a quarterly release that complies with the Government’s Cybersecurity Compliance requirements.

Work Details
The contract includes various tasks such as Software Sustainment, Contract Data Requirements Lists (CDRL), Emergency Fix (EFix), External Integration Point, and USMC TBMCS Help Desk Support. The Software Sustainment task involves activities detailed in Performance Work Statement (PWS) paragraphs 3.0 through 3.3.2.3.

The CDRLs contained in Section J will be delivered according to guidance provided on the DD1423 Contract Data Requirements Lists (CDRL) and per the PWS.

The Emergency Fix (EFix) task is detailed in Performance Work Statement paragraph 3.3.2.4, while the External Integration Point task is detailed in Performance Work Statement paragraph 3.3.2.5.

Additionally, there is a task for USMC TBMCS Help Desk Support as per section 3.4 in the Performance Work Statement.

Period of Performance
The period of performance for various tasks ranges from July 1, 2024, to June 30, 2029, with different quantities and delivery dates specified for each task.

Place of Performance
The place of performance includes both on-site and off-site locations, depending on program requirements, with specific addresses provided for delivery of supplies/services.
