Theater Battle Management Core Systems (TBMCS) 2.0 software development and sustainment support effort

Background
The Theater Battle Management Core Systems (TBMCS) is a joint-mandated air war planning tool utilized for the generation, dissemination, and execution of Air Tasking Orders (ATO) and Airspace Coordination Orders (ACO).

This Request for Information (RFI) is issued by the Marine Corps Systems Command (MARCORSYSCOM) to assist the Program Manager (PM) Marine Air Ground Task Force Command and Control (MAGTF C2) in formulating an acquisition strategy for software development and sustainment services.

The PM MAGTF C2 is responsible for the research, development, production, deployment, and life cycle management of Aviation Command and Control systems within the Department of Defense's Adaptive Acquisition Framework.

Work Details
The scope of work includes software development, integration, delivery, support, and management of software applications related to TBMCS.

Key tasks include:
- Analyzing existing systems and requirements for TBMCS.
- Integrating new software solutions into the current TBMCS framework.
- Delivering software updates and enhancements as needed.
- Providing ongoing support and maintenance for TBMCS applications.
- Managing software lifecycle processes in accordance with Development, Security, and Operations (DevSecOps) principles.
- Conducting program management activities including post-award conferences, integrated master scheduling, quality assurance measures, configuration management, data management, and participation in various technical meetings.
