Background
The United States Army Security Assistance Command (USASAC) has a requirement for Repair and Return Services of non-standard military and commercial assets for the Army Security Assistance Enterprise (ASAE) Foreign Military Sales (FMS) customers. The contract will be a hybrid Firm Fixed Price (FFP) and Cost Reimbursement five year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract. The U.S. Army Security Assistance Command (USASAC) requires a contracted effort to integrate and support the performance, safety, reliability and maintainability of repairs of non-standard military and commercial assets for the ASAE FMS customers. The contract shall provide repair/evaluation and return of component parts or systems, failure reporting and analysis, program management, materiel management, financial administration, planning, monitoring, expediting, tracking, and reporting into the web-based information system, Web Repair of Reparables (WebRoR).

Work Details
The tasks include program management and technical services to sustain Foreign Military Sales (FMS) standard and non-standard military and commercial assets for the Army Security Assistance Enterprise (ASAE). This includes repairs on equipment sold by the U.S. Army Aviation and Missile Command (AMCOM), the Communications, Electronics Command (CECOM) and the Tank-Automotive Command (TACOM), as well as USASAC. The services encompass: repair, maintenance, system modifications, inspections, calibrations, tests and evaluations, engineering design and analyses, and prepare for return to the customer.

Period of Performance
The contract will have a period of performance over five years with specific performance periods for each Contract Line Item Number (CLIN).
