The purpose to this modication is to provide a link and conference number to the Industry Day on 16 November 2021. A Review Comments Matrix must be provided for vendors to submit input to the PWS/attachments. As a reminder, questions and input submitted by November 11, 2021 will be addressed at the Industry Day. Input received after this date will be reviewed after the RFI closes on 24 November 2021. As a reminder, vendors submitting interest in this requirement must address the information found below in bold print.

THIS IS A REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI) ONLY This RFI is issued solely for information and planning purposes, it does not constitute a Request for Proposal (RFP) or a promise to issue an RFP in the future. Solicitations are not available at this time. Requests for a solicitation will not receive a response. This notice does not constitute a commitment by the United States Government to contract for any supply or service whatsoever. All information submitted in response to this announcement is voluntary; the United States Government will not pay for information requested nor will it compensate any respondent for any cost incurred in developing information provided to the United States Government. Not responding to this RFI does not preclude participation in any future RFP, if any is issued. If a solicitation is released, it will be synopsized on the Army CHESS, httpss://chess.army.mil. It is the responsibility of the potential offerors to monitor this site for additional information pertaining to this requirement.

The United States Army Reserve (USAR) Command, Control, Communications, Computers, and Information Management (C4IM) Information Technology (IT) Support Services, as described within the attached PWS for multiple locations across the continental United States and multiple outside the continental United States (OCONUS) locations (Attachment 3). The performance based task order shall provide design, configuration, installation, implementation, testing, connectivity, monitoring, operations and maintenance, detection of cybersecurity malicious attacks, risk analysis, remote and onsite touch labor and/or replacement, enterprise architecture, security architecture, project management, change management, administrative and technical services, lifecycle management (excluding procurement and leasing of software and hardware), asset and license management, and logistics services for hardware, software, and firmware integral to ARNet. Attachment 5 is the list of C4IM services adapted by USAR.

INDUSTRY DAY-An Industry Day will be held on Tuesday, 16 November 2021, starting at 09:00 AM (EST) via MS Teams, Join Microsoft Teams Meeting (https://dod.teams.microsoft.us/l/meetup-join/19%3adod%3ameeting_ac5e16d03ba4443c82ac74a0debce637%40thread.v2/0?context=%7b%22Tid%22%3a%22fae6d70f-954b-4811-92b6-0530d6f84c43%22%2c%22Oid%22%3a%22b8aec01e-62d7-428e-9f6b-e07939bb0ea9%22%7d) Vendors can call in through the teleconference line at 1-571-616-7941, Conference ID: 697 387 55#. Vendors may submit questions prior to the Industry Day by the close of business on Thursday, 11 November 2021. The Virtual Industry Day will allow the USARC G6 an opportunity to brief the requirement and respond to questions. Vendors will be given the opportunity to provide input and ask questions on the draft attachments and PWS. A link for the Virtual Industry Day will be posted before 11 November 2021. Although the contract will be a task order off the CHESS ITES-3S suite, the Government encourages feedback and comment from all of industry on the draft documents.

The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 541519, Other Computer Related Services. The Government intends on awarding a task order off the Army CHESS ITES-3S suite with an anticipated 60-day Phase-In, base period of ten (10) months and four (4) 1-year option periods. Anticipated phase-in is to start on 30 July 2022, a base period of performance starting 30 Sept 2022 through 29 July 2023, with four (4) options and one six (6) month option to extend services.

MICC Fort McCoy is seeking the following information:

1. Name of the firm, point of contact, phone number, email address, DUNS number, CAGE code, identify business size (large business or a small business), if applicable, a statement regarding small business status (including small business type(s)/certifications, such as (SBD, 8(a), HUBZone, SDVOSB, WOSB, etc.)) and corresponding NAICS code. Identify eligible NAICS codes registered for under the Representation and Certifications in System for Award Management (SAM).
2. Army CHESS ITES-3S suite contract holders provide the contract number.
