This is a Multiple Award Indefinite Delivery-Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract supporting the U.S. Senate Office of the Sergeant at Arms (SAA) Senate Recording Studio (SRS) to provide upgrades to the U.S. Senate Hearing Rooms Audio Visual systems.

Task Order 0001 will be awarded to a single contractor.

Background
This is a Multiple Award Indefinite Delivery-Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract supporting the U.S. Senate Office of the Sergeant at Arms (SAA) Senate Recording Studio (SRS) to provide upgrades to the U.S. Senate Hearing Rooms Audio Visual systems.

Work Details
The Contractor shall supply the hardware, software and/or firmware, other components, parts, materials as well as installation and commissioning services required in the upgrade of the AV systems in the Senate Hearing Rooms. The SAA will award an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract utilizing Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) and Labor Hours (LH) task orders for products and services. The Contractor shall meet specific requirements such as being a U.S. company with an active registration in the SAM database, remaining authorized by the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) to sell and install the products listed on Attachment J-1, and maintaining compliance with Section 208 of the Legislative Branch Appropriations Act, 2020.

Place of Performance
All work to be completed under this Contract shall be at the Contractor's site(s), Senate facilities, or designated locations as specified in task orders issued under this Contract.
