Background
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Kansas City District, is seeking mowing services for the Wilson Lake Project Office located in Sylvan Grove, Kansas.

The project aims to maintain the recreational and environmental quality of Wilson Lake, which is a significant area for recreation, fish and wildlife enhancement, and water quality management.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide all necessary management, labor, supervision, materials, equipment, parts, transportation, incidental materials, quality control, and environmental protection to perform mowing and trimming services as outlined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS).

Specific tasks include:
1. Mowing approximately 17 acres in the Admin/Maintenance Area with 12 mowings per year if weather permits.
2. Mowing approximately 25 acres in Sylvan Park with 12 mowings per year if weather permits.
3. Mowing approximately 17 acres at the Spillway Boat Ramp and East Overlook with 12 mowings per year if weather permits.

The contractor must ensure that all operations are compliant with federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

Period of Performance
The contract will be performed over a base year starting from April 1, 2025 to March 31, 2026 with options for four additional years.
