Background
The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) is seeking contractor support to perform preventive maintenance, diagnose equipment issues, and complete authorized repairs for their equipment in Region 2.

The goal of this contract is to ensure the operational readiness of four mechanical forklifts and associated electrical components, including batteries and chargers, located at the Naval Weapons Station Earle in Colts Neck, NJ.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for providing preventive maintenance services for four mechanical forklifts and four electrical components (two batteries and two battery chargers).

This includes diagnosing equipment issues and completing authorized repairs as required by FEMA. The contractor must furnish all necessary materials and perform all work as outlined in the attached Statement of Work (SOW).

Evaluation factors for proposals will include technical specifications, past performance, quality control plan, and price. Vendors must demonstrate their management approach to fulfilling SOW requirements, provide examples of relevant past performance within the last three years, present a robust quality control plan, and submit a competitive price proposal.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must meet the Small Business Set Aside - Total (SBA) requirement. They are required to have relevant contractor or trade licenses, bonding capabilities, insurance coverage, and a quality control plan.

Offerors must provide two past performance examples from contracts completed within the last three years or currently in progress that demonstrate experience with similar services.
