This is a non-personal service(s) contract to provide in-country science, clinical, project management and technical support services in support of Armed Forces Research Institute of Medical Sciences (AFRIMS) epidemiology studies in the Asia-Pacific region. Proposal Questions: Questions may be submitted to the POC via email no later than 07 August 2023 at 2:00 pm Eastern Standard Time. All proposals are due 30 August 2023 at 2:00 PM Eastern Standard Time. It is the responsibility of the Offeror to confirm receipt with the Government point of contact.The purpose of this amendment is to provide responses to Questions submitted by industry.

Background
This is a non-personal service(s) contract to provide in-country science, clinical, project management and technical support services in support of Armed Forces Research Institute of Medical Sciences (AFRIMS) epidemiology studies in the Asia-Pacific region.

Work Details
The contract includes provision of labor necessary to provide support to the United States Army Medical Directorate - Armed Forces Research Institute of Medical Sciences (USAMD - AFRIMS) to perform science, clinical, project management and technical support services in Southeast Asia. It also involves providing other direct costs for additional project demands such as supply and equipment procurement, training, travel, compensation, rental and utilities, and shipping in support of the research project.

Period of Performance
The period of performance for each item is 12 months.

Place of Performance
The contract will be performed in Southeast Asia including locations such as the Philippines, Nepal, and Cambodia.
