Description

** THIS IS A SOLE SOURCE REQUIREMENT ** FOR The procurement is for access to an online tool. The tool does not require any software download and does not require any NASA data or NASA system access.

Background
NASA Langley Research Center is seeking to procure access to an online tool that utilizes modern artificial intelligence (AI) for technology mapping and forecasting.

The goal of this contract is to enable the center to test and utilize AI-based tools for gaining strategic knowledge across technology domains relevant to NASA's mission and innovative ideas selection process.

Work Details
The contractor shall perform the following duties:

- Provide NASA Langley with 8 months access for 3 seats/users to the GetFocus online platform for AI technology mapping and forecasting tool.
- Provide 8 months of service support, which includes a dedicated analyst to help conduct research analysis of topics chosen by the customer.
- Provide onboarding, training, and ongoing user support explaining best practices.

Period of Performance
Online tool access and support shall begin within 2 weeks of purchase order (PO) issuance date and end 8 months after access begins.
