The contractor shall provide specialized instructors and critical support staff to perform year-round academic support to NSSI. The instructors will assist in the research, development, and execution of the Space Professional Continuing Education program. Overall instructor and staff support will span the areas of: Program Management, Instructor Services, Course Support Services, General Support Services, Space Power Lab Services, and Resource Center Services. The Contractor is to provide required supplies, equipment, and labor necessary to fully support and execute the tasks outlined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS) to include reach back capabilities to perform classified courses. All information in regards to this RFQ will be uploaded, ensure all documents are read and adhered too.
The National Security Space Institute (NSSI) is seeking support for their Space 200 course, which is a professional continuing education program for mid-career space professionals. The course is designed to provide space professionals with the knowledge necessary to understand space as a contested environment and deliver space capabilities to combatant commanders. The course focuses on operational art and design, resilience in space systems, and the principles of systems engineering in space acquisition. The course is conducted at the Moorman Space Education & Training Center at Peterson Air Force Base in Colorado Springs, Colorado. The length of the course is 18 days, with a total of 155 curriculum hours. Approximately 576 students attend the course each year.

The NSSI's mission is to provide responsive and relevant professional continuing education for DoD's space professional development. Their vision is to educate and inspire visionary space leaders of today and tomorrow. The faculty for the course includes active duty military, reservists, and contractors.
