Background
The United States Air Force is issuing a sole source contract to Northrop Grumman Systems Corporation for the Joint Threat Emitter (JTE) system. The contract aims to provide Foreign Military Customers with comprehensive support for the JTE system, including sales support, sustainment, training, spares, repair and return maintenance, and technical support.

This IDIQ contract also includes Software Maintenance Support (SMS) for various units within the JTE program.

- Compliance with PWS.

3. **Threat Emitter Unit (TEU)**

- Delivery: Within 24 months of order issuance.
- Compliance with PWS.

4. **Wideband Threat Emitter Unit (WTEU)**
- NSN: 6940-01-656-3484
- Quantity: 1 EA
- Delivery: Within 24 months of order issuance.
- Compliance with PWS.

5. **Support Equipment/Items**
- Quantity: 1 EA
- Compliance with PWS.

6. **Software Development Station (SDS)**

- Pricing and delivery details as per PWS.

7. **Training Services**
- Initial User Training and On-the-Job Training for up to 15 students per session as specified in PWS sections 4.6.3 and 4.6.4.

Period of Performance
The period of performance for this contract is seven years.

Place of Performance
Deliveries will be made to Northrop Grumman Systems Corporation located at 1740 Wehrle Dr, Buffalo, NY 14221-7032.
