THIS ADVERTISEMENT USF IS HEREBY AMENDED AS FOLLOWS:
Formerly:
The Government is seeking to lease approximately 19,000 usf of office space in the August ME area. The delineated area will consist of many surrounding towns and encompass a 20 mile radius of Augusta. The term of the lease will be 5 years, 3 firm with the intent of the Government agency to move back into their owned asset once that is renovated.

Amended:
The Government is seeking to lease a minimum of 26,500 usf to a maximum of 27,825 usf of office space in the August ME area. The delineated area will consist of many surrounding towns and encompass a 20 mile radius of Augusta. The term of the lease will be 5 years, 3 firm with the intent of the Government agency to move back into their owned asset once that is renovated.
Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. The space must be capable of meeting the agencies security requirements. Space shall be located within a prime commercial district within the delineated area with attractive and prestigious, professional surroundings with a prevalence of modern design and or tasteful rehabilitation in modern use. Building must have sufficient parking. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the none year flood plain.

Expressions of Interest must be submitted in writing no later than November 27, 2018 and include the following information:

1) Building name and address, and location of space in building

2) Legal description

3) Drawing of space offered

4) ANSI/BOMA defined Office Area Square Feet

5) Rentable Square Feed Offered

6) Percentage of Common Area Factor used to Determine the Rentable Square Feet

7) Number of parking spaces available on the premises

8) Name, address, telephone number and email address of individual to be contacted
