The General Services Administration (GSA) is seeking to lease office and related space in Syracuse, NY. The goal of this contract is to secure a minimum of 20,522 ANSI/BOMA Office Area (ABOA) to a maximum of 21,549 ABOA square feet in a prime commercial office district.

The GSA's mission includes providing workspace for federal agencies that meets their operational needs while ensuring compliance with government standards.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for leasing office space that meets the following requirements:
- Minimum square footage of 20,522 ABOA and maximum of 21,549 ABOA.
- Space must be located in a prime commercial office district with attractive surroundings and modern design.
- Reserved parking spaces: 58 total (21 for Government vehicles and 37 for visitors), with additional parking as per local code.
- A fully serviced lease is required, including all services, supplies, utilities, and tenant alterations as part of the rental consideration.
- Space must meet Government requirements for Security, Fire Life Safety, and Handicapped Accessibility.
- Access to the space must be available 24/7.
- Space shall not be located within the 100-year flood plain or wetland unless determined to be the only practicable alternative.
- Only existing buildings will be considered; new construction options are not acceptable.
- Offered space must be contiguous on one floor or vertically contiguous on two floors and configured efficiently for offices and workstations.

Period of Performance
The full term of the lease is 10 years with a firm term of 5 years and an option term of 1 additional option for 5 years.
