The Federal Law Enforcement Training Centers, Artesia, New Mexico has a requirement for Facilities Support Services. The contractor must provide comprehensive facilities support services to the Department of Homeland Security, Federal Law Enforcement Training Center, located in Artesia, New Mexico. Facility support services include activities such as project management, environmental support, logistics, janitorial services, facility and grounds maintenance, and biowaste management. The contractor must provide all labor, equipment, transportation, administrative support, training and supplies necessary to ensure competent and productive performance of services in accordance with the terms and conditions described in the Performance Work Statement. The purpose of this amendment 0004 is the following:

1) Full replacement of section C.7.1.2 as follows:

C.7.1.2 Disinfectant Fogging or Spray Application

Disinfectant fogging or spray applications are required as follows: Mat rooms, planes, stationary buses,locker/shower rooms, PT exercise rooms (weight rooms/cardio/cycle/etc...), at the end of each scheduled training day; Building 1 Auditorium each Monday morning, COVID test area after each use (schedule and location to be provided after award); Health Unit, common areas, classrooms, auditoriums, or other training venues or offices upon request (average approximately 6 requests per week). The Government will provide the initial foggers, Vital Oxide disinfecting solution (or approved chemicals) and restocking of foggers are the contractor's responsibility. Disinfectant shall meet the requirements just as described,the application is performed according to the manufacturer's recommendation including work protection, and the application will not damage surface materials in the area.

2) Incorporate DB building wage determination NM20210018 Revision 1 dated January 15, 2021 on beta.Sam.gov.

3) Incorporate final Q&As attachment 0004 posted on 1/27/2021.

All other terms remain the same.
