Background
The Federal Bureau of Prisons is seeking providers for Secure Juvenile Services for male and female Federal offenders located in Maryland, Pennsylvania, Virginia, or the District of Columbia. The contract will be an indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity type contract with firm-fixed unit prices according to the guaranteed minimum quantities and estimated maximum quantities outlined. The period of performance for any contract awarded under the RFP will be for a one-year base period with four one-year option periods.
Offerors must submit pricing for the base period and each option period. The services are required to be provided in accordance with the Statement of Work.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide Secure Juvenile Services for male and female Federal offenders, located within Secure Juvenile In-House Services consisting of a 1 bed facility (can be males or females). The services are required to be provided in compliance with 17.203(b) and (d). The estimated quantities above the guaranteed minimum are not a representation by the Bureau of Prisons to the offeror that the estimated quantities will be required or ordered, or that conditions affecting the requirement will be stable. Payment shall be made for actual consumption/usage. Offerors must submit their proposed prices under the Schedule of Supplies/Services.

Period of Performance
The base period is from A 1, 202 through 31, 202 with guaranteed minimum mandays and estimated maximum mandays. There are also four one-year option periods with similar manday requirements.

Place of Performance
The Place of Performance for Secure Juvenile services is within Maryland, Pennsylvania, Virginia, or the District of Columbia.
