The FBI intends to award a firm fixed price contract on a one time, sole source basis to Procom Communications, LLC 8260 Patuxent Range Road, Jessup, MD 20794 for the purpose of obtaining Wave Fusion Kits. This is set-aside for Small Business.

The purpose of this proposed contract is to obtain Wave Fusion Kit components for FBI owned LMR system. Procom Corporation is the original manufacturer and the only provider for the Wave Fusion Kit components requested. Based on extensive market research and the proprietary system no other vendor can provide the Wave Fusion Kits.

The FBI intends to negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. (10:00am Eastern Standard Time). Emailed responses will only be considered. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this otice is at the discretion of the Government.
