The Department of the Navy, Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division, NAVAIR Range Department (Code 5.2) requires contractor support to install, operate, and maintain the legacy SureTrak and the newly developed/modified STING surveillance systems.   5

The new attachment is an Amendment to Solicitation N00421-17-R-0049.
The purpose of this Amendment is to include the procurement's NAICS code information in Section A, to clarify experience as relevant experience in Section C paragraph 5.3.1, clarify proposal format and content instructions in Section L Part A paragrah 2.0 and 3.0, extend the Past Performance submittal date and time in Section L Part A from Tuesday March 6, 2018 to Thursday March 8, 2018 at 2:00 PM local time, define Small Businees Subcontracting Plan goals in Section L Part B 1.0 A(j)(2), correct CPFF table in Section L 3.0, 3.6.2 Labor Hours, and re-issue Attachment P2 (Past Performance Information Form) so the option period numbers may be inserted.
