The Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) is seeking sources for a new requirement for a 1Gigabyte (GB) Internet Connection and Domain Name System (DNS) Service for the George C. Marshall Center.

The agency is looking for both small and large businesses to provide these essential services, ensuring that they can interface with existing network infrastructure effectively.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for providing a dedicated Internet connection with speeds equal to or greater than 1GB, ensuring minimal downtime during the transition from the current vendor.

Specific tasks include:
- Project Cabling: All facilities between the vendor's commercial communications interface point and termination location must be provided by the contractor, adhering to local site standards and U.S. Department of Defense standards.
- Telecommunications Service: The contractor shall supply end termination equipment in the Marshall Center server room, utilizing RJ-45 Ethernet or LC fiber interfaces.
- Bandwidth/Internet Protocol (IP) Addressing: The contractor must ensure 24/7 Internet access with no more than 2% downtime and provide at least thirty-two (32) static IP addresses.
- Domain Name Service (DNS): Responsibilities include registering and publishing the marshallcenter.org domain publicly, providing public DNS services, and publishing DNS addresses for various Marshall Center services.
- Customer Support: The contractor must provide contact information for Network Operations Center personnel and maintain a 24/7 technical support hotline.

Period of Performance
The anticipated period of performance is from September 01, 2026, to August 31, 2031.

Place of Performance
The work will be performed at Gernackerstrasse 2, Bldg 101, Room 110, 82467 Garmisch-Partenkirchen, Germany.
