Background
The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), Animal Plant Health Inspection Service (APHIS), Wildlife Services (WS) program is seeking to establish a contract for TH-57 transportation, modifications, inspections, and return to service repairs for their aircraft currently located in Florida. This solicitation will result in a firm fixed price indefinite delivery indefinite quantity commercial services contract. The anticipated effective date of the contract is July 15, 2024. The contract will consist of five ordering periods, with each ordering period being twelve (12) months in duration. This will be a total small business set-aside under NAICS code 488190 (size standard $40M).

Work Details
To protect U.S. agricultural and natural resources, a primary responsibility of the USDA’s Wildlife Services (WS) is to provide Federal leadership and expertise to resolve wildlife conflicts and create a balance that allows people and wildlife to coexist peacefully.

The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), Animal Plant Health Inspection Service (APHIS), Wildlife Services (WS) has a requirement for the modification of approximately seventeen (17) Bell TH-57 helicopters recently acquired from the U.S. Navy through the GSA Sale and Exchange Program. Specific modifications are identified in Part 1.0 The Schedule and must be performed by the contractor.

Period of Performance
The period of performance of this contract includes five (5) ordering periods with each ordering period being twelve (12) months in duration, starting from July 15, 2024, to July 14, 2029.
