This announcement constitutes a Notice of Proposed Contract Action. The office of AFLCMC/WIUKB intends to issue a formal solicitation to award a contract with five annual options in support of the TH-1H Helicopter Fleet. This contract will include CLINs to support DLM (Depot Level Maintenance). These CLINs will encompass Tear down, Inspection, Maintenance and repair, Travel, Contractor field team support, Unscheduled Depot Level Maintenance (UDLM), Engineering Support, CAP (Contractor Acquired Property) and Long lead material, Over and above for both labor and material, and a CLIN to support all reporting requirements (CDRLs) for this effort. The estimated period of performance is estimated to start on 30 May 2019 - 29 May 2024. The applicable NAICS code is 336411. In accordance with AFI 16-201 for this contracting action, the participation of foreign contractors is not permitted. The Air Education and Training Command (AF/AETC) has restricted the performance of this requirement to be within 600 miles of Ft. Rucker, Alabama.
