Texas Army National Guard: Yellow Ribbon Reintegration Program Services Dallas, Texas

Background
The Texas Army National Guard is seeking to provide support to Service members and their families during a deployment cycle through the Yellow Ribbon Reintegration Program (YRRP). The goal of this contract is to facilitate a program event that includes lodging, meeting spaces, parking, catered meals, and audio-visual services. This initiative aims to enhance the reintegration experience for service members and their families.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide all necessary property, materials, and equipment for the Yellow Ribbon Program Event. Specific requirements include:

1. Lodging:
- A total of 18 double occupancy hotel rooms for a 2-night stay (36 total) and 2 double occupancy hotel rooms for a 1-night stay.
- All lodging must comply with the Joint Travel Regulation Per Diem rate for Dallas, Texas.
- The hotel must be on the list of approved hotels for federal travelers, with at least a four-diamond star rating per AAA standards.
- Guestrooms must have secure entrance doors with deadbolt locks and adequate lighting and electrical provisions.

2. Meeting Space:
- Provide appropriate meeting spaces equipped with necessary audio-visual equipment.

3. Catering:
- Provide catered meals including breakfast for approximately 120 attendees, with a finalized menu due by March 19, 2025.

4. Parking:
- Ensure adequate parking facilities are available for attendees.

5. Cleanup:
- The contractor must provide staff for cleanup after the event, including catering areas and meeting spaces.

Period of Performance
The contract will be performed from March 21 to March 23, 2025.
