Texas Army National Guard Requires Catered Meals for Bryan, Texas

Background
The Texas Army National Guard requires catered meals to be delivered to Bryan, Texas during the period of 1-6 August 2023. The catered meal services are defined as meals prepared in a commercial establishment for consumption on-site or delivered to a specific location, or prepared at the consumption site using the caterer’s portable equipment and subsistence supplies. The contractor is responsible for providing all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and quality control necessary to perform the catering services. The contractor must adhere to state and local sanitation law requirements and ensure food safety precautions are adhered to at all times.

The contractor shall include in their quote: Cover Letter, Sample Menu, Meal prep options and Price.
The quote shall include: Cover Letter, Sample Menu, Meal Prep Option, Price. The contractor is required to submit their quote on company letterhead and include name, address, telephone number for the offeror, unit price, overall total price, any discount terms, cage code, UEI number, size of business, point of contact name/phone number, point of contact email. The contractor shall provide a sample menu for all days in accordance with the menu contained in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). The contractor shall confirm their proposed meal preparation method and provide the price for all CLINs including unit price and total quoted price. The award will be based on the ability to meet the performance work statement and price.

Period of Performance
The Period of Performance shall be from 1-6 August 2023.

Place of Performance
The contract will be performed in Bryan, Texas.
