Texas Army National Guard: Medical and Dental Readiness Services FY26 events   3

Background
The Texas Army National Guard (TXARNG) is seeking to enhance its medical readiness operations through a contract for Medical and Dental Services.

The Office of the State Surgeon is responsible for developing, managing, and executing these operations to ensure that TXARNG units are properly trained and equipped for mobilization in response to war or emergencies. Medical and dental health are critical for maintaining the readiness of Soldiers, with policies established by the Department of Defense and National Guard Bureau to ensure compliance with health standards.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and quality control necessary to perform Medical and Dental Services as defined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). Key tasks include:
- Conducting annual dental screening examinations for Soldiers to determine their dental classification.
- Providing dental treatment as required at the Medical/Dental Readiness & Soldier Readiness Processing (SRP) sites to maintain high Dental Deployable Rates.
- Performing routine Periodic Health Assessments (PHA) for all members of Active Duty and Selected Reserves.
- Ensuring compliance with DoD policies regarding medical readiness and dental classifications.
- Managing staff and overseeing health records during events, including providing IT support for electronic systems used during services.

Period of Performance
The contract will be performed from January 14 to July 19, 2026, covering five separate SRP events scheduled on specific dates at various locations in Texas.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed at predetermined locations throughout the state of Texas including Camp Swift and Camp Bowie.
