Background
The United States Property and Fiscal Office (USPFO) - Texas is issuing a Firm-Fixed-Price Purchase Order for Industrial Hygiene Services aimed at ensuring the health and safety of personnel at various Army National Guard (ARNG) facilities in North Texas.

The mission of the USPFO includes providing support to the National Guard, ensuring compliance with health regulations, and maintaining safe working environments.

Work Details
The contractor will conduct comprehensive industrial hygiene surveys at 16 Maintenance Facilities in Texas, including FMS 1, FMS 8, FMS 9, FMS 10, FMS 15, FMS 16, FMS 20, FMS 21, FMS 31, FMS 33, AASF 3, CSMS 1, UTES 1, UTES 2, UTES 4 and UTES 6.

The contractor is responsible for:
- Providing all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and quality control necessary to perform industrial hygiene surveys.
- Conducting surveys to anticipate, recognize and evaluate potential health hazards associated with processes performed at ARNG facilities.
- Preparing comprehensive reports documenting findings from the surveys.
- Conducting breathing zone sampling for airborne hazards present due to maintenance activities.
- Measuring noise levels on operational equipment and performing noise dosimetry on maintenance personnel.
- Evaluating operational ventilation systems for compliance with applicable standards.
- Submitting all reports and survey samples to designated laboratories within specified timeframes.

Period of Performance
The contract will be performed over a period of seven months from the date of award.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed at various Army National Guard Maintenance Facilities located in North Texas.
