Texas Army National Guard - Catered Meal IDIQ for San Antonio, TX   3

Background
The United States Property and Fiscal Office (USPFO)- Texas intends to award a Firm-Fixed-Price Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Contract to a single vendor for Catered Meals/ Boxed Meals Services in San Antonio, Texas. This requirement is a Total Small Business Set Aside.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and quality control necessary to perform Catered Meal Services as defined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS).
The period of performance is from the date of award through 24 months or until ceiling is met, whichever comes first. The contractor shall develop and maintain an effective Quality Control Plan (QCP) and ensure services are performed according to the requirements of the contract. The contractor's performance will be evaluated by the Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan (QASP). Services shall be provided between the hours of 0600 – 2000 hours except on recognized US holidays or when the facility/installation is closed due to local or national emergencies.

Period of Performance
Date of Award through 24 months or until ceiling is met, whichever comes first.

Place of Performance
Performance shall be at various locations within 40 miles of the Martindale Armory, San Antonio, Texas 78619.
