Texas Army National Guard- Catered Meal IDIQ for Camp Swift   2

Background
The United States Property and Fiscal Office (USPFO)- Texas intends to award a Firm-Fixed-Price Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Contract for Catered Meals/ Boxed Meals at Camp Swift, Bastrop, Texas. This requirement is a Total Small Business Set Aside.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and quality control necessary to perform Catered Meal Services as defined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). The caterer shall provide personnel, supervision, and any items and services necessary to perform full catering services and comply with State and Local sanitation law requirements. All setup, serving, breakdown and cleanup will be the responsibility of the contractor.
The offeror shall address in their quote: Cover Letter, Technical, Past Performance and Price. The quote shall include technical capability, sample menu for up to 21 days similar to the menu contained in the Attachment 1- PWS, meal preparation method, no more than five recent and relevant past performance references providing similar services in terms of scope, magnitude, and quantity, and a completed Attachment 3 and 4 which includes price for all IDIQ CLINs.
