Background
The Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division Newport (NUWCDIVNPT) intends to award a Firm Fixed Price Type purchase order on a Brand Name basis to National Instruments for Test Workflow Pro, Subscription Licenses, with Media New Single Seat License(s) with One (1) year(s) of Service. The requirement is being solicited as a 100% Small Business Set-Aside.

Work Details
NUWCDIVNPT is required to develop Unit Under Test (UUT) Test Program Set (TPS) software configuration items that can be executed by the MK710 Torpedo System Test Set (TSTS). The existing MK710 TSTS Operational Machine Interface (OMI) is designed with LabView and utilizes the National Instruments Test Stand engine to sequence UUT TPS developed with National Instruments Test Stand. Furthermore, UUT TPS development has completed several phases of completion using National Instruments Test Stand since 2014. Therefore, it is critical that continued development of UUT TPS software using National Instruments Test Stand for compatibility.
