  8. Description: THIS SYNOPSIS IS A PRE-SOLICITATION NOTIFICATION OF THE GOVERNMENT'S INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT. NO SOLICITATION IS AVAILABLE AT THIS TIME.
    The United States Air Force intends to award a sole-source contract to Testek LLC, Cage Code 06659, Authority FAR 6.302-1 10 USC 3204(a)(1), Only One Responsible Source No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements.
    The contractor shall provide quality repair, maintenance services, engineering and software service, system integration, reconfiguration, modification, and component upgrade of the test stands identified in Appendix B. Testek shall be responsible to repair test stands to a fully functional state capable of successfully testing aircraft, missiles, and related commodities- and electronics components in accordance with (IAW) Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) and AF technical data. Testek shall provide all equipment, software, updated technical and operational data, adapters, tools, supplies, labor, and management for the required contract.

Anticipated CLIN Structure

Background
The United States Air Force intends to award a sole-source contract to Testek LLC, Cage Code 06659, for quality repair, maintenance services, engineering and software service, system integration, reconfiguration, modification, and component upgrade of the test stands identified in Appendix B. The contractor shall provide all equipment, software, updated technical and operational data, adapters, tools, supplies, labor, and management for the required services.

Work Details
The contractor shall support the AVTRON/Testek Test Stands for the OO-ALC located at Hill Air Force Base (AFB) and the 525th Electronics Maintenance Squadron (EMXS) at Kadena Air Base (AB), Japan. The services include quality repair, maintenance services, engineering and software services, system integration, reconfiguration, modification, and component upgrade of the test stands. The contractor shall repair test stands to a fully functional state capable of successfully testing aircraft, missiles, and related commodities and electronics components in accordance with Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) and AF technical data. Additionally, the contractor shall provide calibration assistance of the test stands when requested by the 309 MXSS Shop Supervisor.
