Test Cell Upgrade   3

Background
The Air Force is seeking to upgrade the test cell system operated at Tinker Air Force Base (TAFB) in Oklahoma. This upgrade aims to enhance the functionality of the existing test cells used for testing high pressure and high temperature air control valves and turbines, in alignment with relevant Technical Order (T.O.) instructions. The contract is intended to fulfill the needs of the Aerospace Repair Industry by ensuring that the test cells are equipped with modern data acquisition systems and improved supply piping.

Work Details
The contract involves the purchase, design, delivery, installation, and verification of replacement data acquisition systems and supply piping upgrades for existing Test Cell Pneumatic Test Console Systems. Key requirements include:
- Replacement of current data acquisition systems which are based on outdated technology (Windows 2000 OS, Agilent components).
- Modifications to high temperature/high pressure supply piping to enhance productivity and system longevity.
- Each Test Cell consists of an Operator Console, Transmitter Enclosure, and Overhead Interface Bulkhead Enclosure.
- The project will be considered complete only when final acceptance requirements are met and operational training has been conducted.
- The size of the piping systems will utilize either a 4 inch or 6 inch piping flow section.

Period of Performance
The period of performance for this contract is estimated to be 36 months after receipt of order (ARO).

Place of Performance
The work will be performed at Tinker Air Force Base (TAFB), Oklahoma.
