Test and Inspections on Fire Extinguishers, Fire Rated Doors and Panic Hardware at DMC

Background
This solicitation is issued by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers for the purpose of conducting tests and inspections on fire extinguishers, fire-rated doors, and panic hardware at DMC.
The goal of this contract is to ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations regarding fire safety equipment.

Work Details
The contractor shall perform the following tasks: conduct tests and inspections on fire extinguishers, fire-rated doors, and panic hardware as specified in the Performance Work Statement (PWS).
The contractor must ensure that all services rendered comply with local labor laws and agreements, subcontract agreements, and the requirements of chapter 39 of Title 31, United States Code.
The contractor is also required to provide documentation for technical evaluation and responsibility determination, including a certified Documento Unico di Regolarita' Contributiva (DURC) not older than 90 days at the time of quote submission, a Chamber of Commerce Certificate of Membership not older than two months, and complete Attachment 2 'Self-Certification for Antimafia Communication'.

Period of Performance
The contract will be performed over a period extending until July 15, 2026.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must provide a certified DURC and a Chamber of Commerce Certificate of Membership as part of their quote.
Self-certifications are not accepted. Additionally, bidders must have completed contracts within the last five years or have ongoing contracts for at least six months with a minimum contract value of Euro 15,000.00.
