Background
The contract is issued by the NASA Shared Services Center, located at Stennis Space Center, MS. The goal of this contract is to procure components necessary for the E-3 Component Test Bed build-out. Work Details
The contractor shall supply and deliver a full bill of materials (BOM) that includes:
- Valves
- Regulators
- Gauges
- Digital instrumentation
- Filters
- Check valves
- Specialty hardware

All components must be delivered new, unused, and in original manufacturer packaging. Each valve must include one corresponding spare softgoods kit to support maintenance and long-term operability. No substitutions are permitted, and all supplied hardware must match the exact part numbers and quantities specified.

Period of Performance
The period of performance for this contract extends until June 15, 2026.

Place of Performance
The products will be delivered to NASA Stennis Space Center, MS 39529-6000.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must be authorized resellers of Tescom Components. The solicitation is a Small Business Set Aside - Total (SBA). Vendors are required to provide their CAGE/UEI code, FOB destination, lead time for delivery, and a point of contact name and email when submitting a quote. Additionally, vendors must reference the tracking number (80NSSC26934212Q) in the subject line of their email submissions.
