The United States (U.S.) Army Contracting Command-New Jersey, Picatinny Arsenal, NJ 07806-5000, on behalf of the Office of the Project Manager Close Combat Systems (PM-CCS), located at Picatinny Arsenal, New Jersey, is issuing this Sources Sought Notification (SSN) as a means of conducting Market Research to identify potential sources having an interest in supporting the Terrain Shaping (TS) capability. This will support a bilaterial Project Agreement between the U.S. and the United Kingdom (UK) to develop a TS capability.

The Government team is preparing to host an Industry Day on 26-27 February 2026 to communicate the Government's acquisition strategy and discuss the needs of the user community relative to TS. The event will have a strong networking focus and aims to find expert support and technical assistance. The Government anticipates soliciting and executing the prototyping of TS utilizing Department of Defense (DoD) Ordnance Technology Consortium (DOTC) Other Transaction Agreements (OTA).

Companies will have the opportunity to meet in a one-on-one forum to discuss potential collaboration in meeting the TS requirements. Please see the attachments for more details.

UPDATE:

Project Manager Close Combat Systems (PM-CCS) is pleased to announce the release of the Department of Defense Ordnance Technology Consortium (DOTC) Request for White Paper (RWP), RWP-26-13, for the WPN-26-003 requirement, "New Terrain Shaping Solution."
