TEROS 54 360° Profile Soil Moisture Prob and Combined Installation and Removal Tool or equivalent

Background
The Biosciences Division at Oak Ridge National Laboratory (ORNL) is seeking to procure a TEROS 54 360° Profile Soil Moisture Probe and Combined Installation and Removal Tool or equivalent. The goal of this contract is to acquire essential tools that support ORNL's mission in biosciences research, particularly in soil moisture measurement and analysis.

Work Details
The contractor is required to provide the following items as detailed in the Bill of Materials (Attachment C - RFQ376997):

1. TEROS 22 Water Potential and Temperature Sensor, 1.6 cm diameter, 5 meter Stereo Cable or equivalent - Quantity: 6
2. ATMOS 41W 4G Verizon USA Only or equivalent - Quantity: 1
3. ZL6 Cellular Data Logger for Verizon 4G networks or equivalent - Quantity: 3
4. Apogee SO-411 standard response soil oxygen sensor with AO-001 diffusion head, 5m cable or equivalent - Quantity: 6
5. ZENTRA Cloud Standard Plan for all METER Loggers for a duration of 12 months or equivalent - Quantity: 1
6. TEROS 54 360° Profile Soil Moisture Probe, Cable Length of 5 m, Stereo Plug, measuring depths of 15 cm, 30 cm, 45 cm, and 60 cm or equivalent - Quantity: 6
7. TEROS 54 Combined Installation and Removal Tool or equivalent - Quantity: 1.

Additionally, the contractor must submit a firm fixed price quote including a proposed delivery schedule, completed representations and certifications documents, and any exceptions taken to the solicitation requirements.
