Termite Inspection and Treatment Services - Andersen AFB, Guam   2

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for termite inspection and treatment services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued. See attached documents.

Background
This solicitation is issued by the United States Air Force for termite inspection and treatment services at Andersen Air Force Base (AAFB), Guam. The goal of this contract is to establish a firm-fixed-price agreement for commercial pest control services, specifically targeting termite management, in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS) dated July 2025. This requirement is set aside for 100% Small Business participation.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for providing comprehensive termite inspection and treatment services as outlined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). Key tasks include: conducting thorough inspections of facilities to identify termite infestations, implementing effective treatment strategies to eliminate termites, and providing follow-up inspections and treatments as necessary. The contractor must ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and safety standards throughout the performance of these services.

Period of Performance
The contract will have a Base Year not exceeding 12 months from the date of award, followed by two optional 1-Year extensions. Additionally, there is an option to extend services for a discretionary six-month period.

Place of Performance
The contract will be performed at Andersen Air Force Base (AAFB), Guam.
