Terminal High Altitude Area Defense (THAAD) Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) Foreign Military Sale (FMS) Phase II Part B

Lockheed Martin Corp. Missiles and Fire Control (LMMFC) of Dallas, Texas is being awarded a $286,466,778.13 modification to a previously awarded Phase II contract HQ0853-21-C-0002 under a Foreign Military Sales (FMS) case to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA). The contract type will be a hybrid firm-fixed-price, cost-plus-incentive-fee, and cost reimbursement contract. Under this modification, the contractor will provide equipment and continued efforts in support of Phase I contract (HQ0147-19-C-0007) and additional efforts related to ground production, training, spares, spares consolidation, software support, facility support, engineering services, obsolescence (pop-up), OCONUS and CONUS System Integration and Check-out (SICO), maintenance, urgent software updates, System Integration Lab (SIL) and testbed maintenance, Field Surveillance Program (FSP) and Contractor Logistics Support (CLS). This work will be performed in various locations to include primarily Dallas, Texas and Sunnyvale, California. The performance period is from December 16, 2021 through August 31, 2027. KSA FMS funds in an amount of $286,466,778.13 will be used to fund this effort. The Missile Defense Agency, Redstone Arsenal, Alabama is the contracting activity (HQ0853-21-C-0002).
