Terminal High Altitude Area Defense (THAAD) Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) Foreign Military Sale (FMS) Phase I   3

The Missile Defense Agency (MDA) hereby issues an Undefinitized Contract Action (UCA) award HQ0147-19-C-0007 in the amount of $945,900,000 to Lockheed Martin Missile and Fire Control. This award is for the Missile Defense Agency Terminal High Altitude Area Defense Foreign Military Sale cases with the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia for the Phase I procurement of long lead items, obsolescence, tooling and test equipment, key personnel, line requalification activities, initial training development, System Integration Lab and testbeds, three-level maintenance concept, exportability, and early engineering development under Cost Plus Incentive Fee, Firm Fixed Price and Cost Reimbursable CLINs. Kingdom of Saudi Arabia Foreign Military Sale funds in the amount of $945,900,000 will be used to fund this effort. The Missile Defense Agency, Huntsville, Alabama, is the contracting activity (# HQ0147-19-C-0007).
