Teradyne Spectrum and TS-128 Maintenance and Repair MOD

Background
The Government is conducting market research to identify potential sources that possess the expertise, capabilities, and experience to meet qualification requirements for Additional Parts Repairs. This contract modification pertains to the on-site preventive maintenance, replacement parts, unscheduled maintenance, and calibration for Teradyne Spectrum, TS-128, and Versatile Diagnostic Automatic Test Station (VDATS) circuit card assemblies located on Automatic Test Equipment (ATE) systems. The work will be performed for the 402d Electronics Maintenance Group (EMXG) and 402d Software Engineering Group (SWEG) at Robins Air Force Base, Georgia.

Work Details
The Contractor shall provide all travel, transportation, labor, tools, material, parts, and equipment as required to support calibration, preventive maintenance, unscheduled maintenance, and replacement parts for Teradyne ATE. Specific tasks include:

1. On-site preventive maintenance and calibration services for TS128 Test Stations annually.
2. Unscheduled maintenance including on-call telephone assistance and on-site repair services if telephone assistance fails.
3. Replacement parts during the repair of defective ATE parts.
4. Preventive maintenance performed semi-annually on Spectrum and TS128 testers.
5. Coordination of calibration activities at least 30 days prior to each cycle with EMXG shop supervisors.
6. Monthly status reports detailing contract number, date of incidents, serial numbers of serviced equipment, parts removed/replaced, labor provided, issues regarding obsolete parts and estimated repair times.

Period of Performance
The period of performance is from March 12, 2023 to March 11, 2028.

Place of Performance
On-site contract services shall be performed at Warner Robins Air Logistic Complex in building 640 and building 645 at Robins Air Force Base, Georgia.
