**9/8/2025 The Site Visit is complete. The updated SOW and Pricing Sheets are attached. Only quotes from vendors who attended the site visit will be accepted. When calculating the Monthly Rental Pricing (Attachment 1), please refer to the Individual Asset Pricing Sheet (Attachment 2) for the list of items to be included in each CLIN. The soliciation due date has been extended to 8:00 AM EST, 11 September 2025. No late submissions will be accepted.

QUOTES WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED FROM ANY VENDOR NOT ATTENDING SITE VISIT. ALL VENDORS CLEARED TO ATTEND SITE VISIT HAVE BEEN NOTIFIED.

**8/26/2025 - eCheck Submission Due Date for the mandatory site visit has been extended to 1:00 PM EST, 27 August 2025.

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services utilizing FAR Part 13.5 Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Products and Commercial services, and as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This requirement is to procure tent rental services as defined in the Statement of Work.

This is a total small business set-aside. Only quotes from small business concerns will be accepted. The associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 561990- All Other Support Services.

This requirement has a mandatory site visit. All attendees must be cleared in order to attend the mandatory site visit.

Background
The United States Secret Service (USSS) is a premier Law Enforcement Agency that requires tent rental services during protective operations. This solicitation is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the applicable regulations, aimed at procuring tent rental services as defined in the Statement of Work. The intent is to establish a single award, although multiple awards may be made if deemed beneficial.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide all personnel, supplies, supervision, tools, materials, equipment, transportation, fuel, and other items necessary for the execution of the Statement of Work (SOW). The scope includes the periodic rental of various items for protective operations in West Palm Beach, FL. The contractor must provide the following items along with all labor (delivery, pick-up, setup, removal):

- Area 1 (Seasonal):
- Tent: White sides (3 sides) and lights 10’x10’ - Max QTY: 1
- Tent: White sides (on 40’ sides) lights 30’x40’x17’ - Max QTY: 1
- Tent: White sides and lights 10’x20’ - Max QTY: 1
- Power Breezer Misting Fans - Max QTY: 4
- Industrial Fans (40” +) - Max QTY: 4
- Generator w/ twist lock connections for 30 AMP plugs 20KW - Max QTY: 1
- Portable Solar Light Tower with generator (with refuel) 16-20KW - Max QTY: 3

- Area 2 (Year-Round):
- Tent: Structural Tent (2 White Sides, 1 Clear Side) 10’x10’ - Max QTY: 1
- Industrial Fans (40” +) - Max QTY: 1

- Area 3 (Seasonal):
