Naval Special Warfare Command (NSWC) has a requirement for delivery, set-up and removal of Tents/Canopies for Sea Air Land and Special Warfare Combatant-Craft Crewman Graduations throughout the year. The acquisition will be conducted in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12 - Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR Subpart 13 - Simplified Acquisition Procedures. This acquisition will utilize a 100% small business set-aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this effort is 532289, and the small business size standard is $12.5 M. The Government intends to award a five-year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) type contract, issuing Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Task Orders. The estimated minimum contract value is $10,000.00 and the estimated maximum contract value is $700,000.00.
