Description

In accordance with FAR, Subpart 19.8, Contracting with the Small Business Administration, DFARS, Subpart 219.8, Contracting with the Small Business Administration, and under the guidelines of the Partnership Agreement (PA) between the Small Business Administration and the Department of Defense as signed on January 7, 2013, this procurement was sole-sourced to an 8(a) Business Development Program participant, Coho Technology Solutions, LLC., for temporary skilled trade labor services. The contract is for a five-year ordering period (7/1/2023 - 6/30/2028) with a ceiling of $20M.
