Amendment 0002: 1) Updates price matrix and wage determination attachments, and 2) updates price schedule. ***Amendment 0001: 1) notifies offerors of responses posted in projnet, 2) extends response date, 3) revises the page limits for proposal submissions, and 4) posts site visit attendees. ***The USACE, Chicago district is seeking a vendor to provide, operate, and maintain a Temporary Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP) and provide service of that WWTP to treat a combination of dredge water, groundwater, and precipitation at a Confined Disposal Facility (CDF) for dredged material. The vendor will be responsible for treating the wastewater in accordance with the CDF site National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) permit (refer to Performance Work Statement Attachment 3), including all monitoring, testing and reporting. The primary contaminants in the water to be treated include: Total Suspended Solids, PAHs, PCBs, BTEX, metals including low level mercury, ammonia, oil and grease. The system must be capable of treating between 13 million gallons and 15 million gallons a month. The Government anticipates awarding one five-year, Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite-Quantity, Task Order Contract from this solicitation to a small business. This is a total small business set-aside under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 562211 for treatment and disposal of hazardous wastewater. The NAICS small size standard is $47M. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency. To submit an offer, your firm must be registered in both the Department of Defense?s (DoD) Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE.eb.mil) system and the System for Award Management (Sam.gov). You will need to provide sufficient time for this registration process, to ensure timely submittals. The Government will not reimburse any vendor for responding to this solicitation.
