Background
The United States Army Medical Materiel Center Europe (USAMMCE) is issuing this contract to provide maintenance services for a temperature monitoring system. The goal of the contract is to ensure accurate and calibrated continuous temperature monitoring for temperature-sensitive medical products, cold chain packaging material, and communications assets.

This non-personal services contract supports the USAMMC-E Temperature Sensitive Medical Products (TSMP) Program, which is critical for the distribution of medical supplies, including vaccines and medications.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide annual maintenance and calibration verification for the temperature monitoring systems located in various buildings at Kaiserslautern Army Depot (KAD) and Kleber Kaserne. The specific tasks include:
- Providing routine and emergency maintenance visits for all line items.
- Ensuring that all equipment is maintained in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS).
- Developing and maintaining a Quality Control Plan (QCP) to ensure compliance with service standards.
- Conducting inspections and ensuring that all services meet the required specifications.
- Managing approximately 47 monitored points across multiple buildings, including BLDG 2369, 2219, 2264, 2222, 3201, and 2238.
