Work Details
The contract encompasses janitorial services at the Hoosier National Forest Offices located at 248 15th St, Tell City, IN 47586.

The contractor is responsible for providing all personnel, labor, equipment, materials, tools, supplies, supervision, management, and services necessary to perform the work as outlined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). Key tasks include:
- Cleaning approximately 6,540.9 square feet of floor area.
- Performing cleaning services three times a week on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.
- Conducting annual carpet cleaning scheduled after regular office hours.
- Ensuring that all work meets or exceeds Janitorial Work Quality Requirements through daily or periodic inspections.
- The contractor must determine labor needs and methods for completing tasks while adhering to quality standards.
